Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has once again shown appreciation for his fans—this time by gifting $5,000 to Ghanaian TikToker #Ananzooficial for his heartfelt rendition of “With You,” a track featuring Omah Lay from Davido’s latest album 5ive.
The viral video shows #Ananzooficial singing with emotion and precision, earning widespread praise. Moved by the performance, Davido responded in the comment section: “5K US for OLS, contact #deekay-dmw.”
The surprise reward reinforces Davido’s reputation for generosity and his commitment to uplifting fans and young talents. Over the years, he has consistently supported charitable causes: in 2021, he donated ₦250 million to 292 orphanages across Nigeria, followed by ₦237 million to 424 orphanages in 2023, and another ₦300 million in 2024 to support vulnerable children and fight youth drug abuse.
His philanthropy extends beyond donations—Davido also awarded a five-year full scholarship to Ghanaian student Morro Suleyman and once contributed ₦15 million for surgery for an airport staff member in Lagos.
