Tanzanian music star Juma Mussa Mkambala, popularly known as Juma Jux, has announced that the final leg of his wedding celebrations with Priscilla Ojo—the daughter of Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo—will take place on May 28 in Tanzania.

In a video shared on his Instagram story, Jux confirmed that the upcoming event, dubbed “JP2025,” will be the grand finale following earlier wedding ceremonies held in both Nigeria and Tanzania.

“This month, on May 28, we have the JP reception—the final one, the big one,” he said. “I’m calling it the final one because my wife is tired. She told me, ‘It’s easy for you, you just wear a suit. I go through so much with the dresses and everything.’ So, I understand her. She really tried.”

Juma Jux revealed that he had initially hoped to host additional ceremonies in different countries, including Rwanda, where the couple first met. However, he ultimately decided to prioritize Priscilla’s comfort.

“What I feel is that five or six weddings aren’t enough—I wanted one in every country,” he joked. “But she has done so well. Tanzania will be the last one. Friends from Uganda, China, Kenya, the USA, and across Tanzania are all coming.”

The singer also thanked fans for the support shown to his song God’s Design, a tribute to Priscilla, which has been gaining attention on YouTube.

In September 2024,  actress Iyabo Ojo confirmed her daughter’s engagement to Juma Jux, with photos and videos of the couple circulating online. The 35-year-old artist had previously visited Nigeria to spend time with the Ojo family and embraced Yoruba culture during the visit.
