EFCC Still Holding Verydarkman’s Phone And Car – Lawyer

Deji Adeyanju, legal counsel to social commentator Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), has confirmed that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has confiscated his client’s phone and car.

In a post shared on his X (formerly Twitter) handle on Thursday morning, Adeyanju stated that although VDM was released on bail on Wednesday, his release came without any conditions.

“Despite everything that has happened, I still like the EFCC Chairman. There were no conditions for VDM’s bail,” he wrote. “I applied for his bail and made an undertaking to produce him whenever required. His phone and car are still with the EFCC.”
