Actress and philanthropist Tonto Dikeh took to Instagram this evening to address those anticipating turmoil in her life, firmly stating that she now chooses peace over chaos.
Reflecting on her journey at 40, the mother of one declared that no one can rob her of the joy and healing she now carries.
“After four decades on this earth, I’ve made an unwavering decision: peace over disgrace,” she wrote. “I walk in rhythm with El-Roi — the God who sees me. He fights my battles silently and delivers my victories publicly.”
Tonto emphasized that she no longer engages in conflict with others, saying her legacy speaks for itself and her strength will live on through her child.
“To those waiting for my downfall, you don’t know WHO I AM… nor WHOSE I AM,” she added. “No man born of a woman can take my joy. I’m healed, rooted, and in love with myself — both my sanctuary and my fire.”
