Moises Caicedo has been crowned Chelsea’s Men’s Player of the Season for the 2024/25 campaign. The Ecuadorian midfielder earned the honour after an outstanding season in which he started every Premier League match, showcasing consistency and impact throughout. The award was decided by fan votes.
Caicedo also received the Players’ Player of the Season award, voted by his teammates, highlighting the respect and admiration he commands within the squad. Both accolades were presented at Chelsea’s annual awards ceremony on Sunday night, May 4.
On the women’s team, Erin Cuthbert was named Player of the Season for the second time in her career, having previously won the award in the 2018/19 season. Meanwhile, Nathalie Björn was honoured as the Players’ Player of the Year, after impressing in her first full season with the club, anchoring the defense with poise and reliability.
