President Bola Tinubu is scheduled to pay an official visit to Anambra State on Thursday, May 8, 2025. The announcement was made by Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, during his address at the 2025 Workers’ Day celebration held at Dr. Alex Ekwueme Square in Awka.
According to Governor Soludo, the President’s visit will include the commissioning of several key infrastructure projects completed under the current administration over the past three years. The visit will also feature a special event hosted by the state government and meetings with key stakeholders to assess ongoing development efforts.
“President Bola Tinubu will be visiting Anambra State on Thursday, May 8, for an official engagement,” Soludo said. “He is expected to commission several completed projects and engage with critical stakeholders to evaluate our progress. This visit is a testament to the strong partnership we are building for the advancement of our state.”
The governor called on residents to warmly welcome the President and show support for the state’s developmental strides.
