The relationship quickly intensified, with sources saying the pair were “essentially living together” by early this year. Bettina has also been vocal in defending her partner, once clapping back at online critics who called Don Jr. a “spoiled heir” by describing him as “the finest, loveliest, and most brilliant person” she’d ever known.
Before Bettina, Don Jr. was in a long-term relationship with Kimberly Guilfoyle. The couple got engaged in 2022 but parted ways two years later.
