A childhood friendship that began at the age of three is set to blossom into marriage, as Raihan Vadra and Aviva Baig prepare to tie the knot.
The happy news was announced by Raihan’s mother, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, who shared a heartfelt message celebrating the couple’s lifelong bond. Posting side-by-side photos of the pair from their childhood and recent years, she wrote: “Love you both very much. May you always love and respect each other and remain the best friends you have been since you were 3.”
Raihan’s father, businessman Robert Vadra, also offered his blessings, describing the moment as his son coming of age and finding his life partner. He wished the couple a future filled with happiness, love, strength, and togetherness.
The couple are set to get engaged in a private family ceremony in Rajasthan. The low-key celebration, planned for early January, is expected to span two to three days and will be kept intimate, away from public attention.
Raihan Vadra, 25, is a photographer with a strong passion for nature and wildlife. Aviva Baig, who is based in Delhi, also works in creative fields. She completed her early education in the city before earning a degree in Media Communications and Journalism. A professional photographer and producer, Aviva is also a former national-level footballer.
