Yinka, the new wife of Linc Edochie—son of Nollywood veteran Pete Edochie—has fired back at online trolls believed to be supporters of May Edochie, the estranged wife of actor Yul Edochie.
In a post shared via her Instagram page, Yinka revealed that she has been the target of online attacks after commenting on a post by Yul Edochie celebrating the birth of his baby girl with Judy Austin. Her interaction on Yul’s page didn’t sit well with some fans of May, who criticized her for showing support for Yul and Judy amid the ongoing family drama.
The rift between May and Yul has long divided their fan bases, with both sides frequently clashing online. Yinka, however, is not backing down. She directly addressed the backlash, accusing May’s fans of not only attacking her but also dragging Yul’s parents and her own family members into the controversy.
She condemned what she described as disrespectful behavior, emphasizing that in Yoruba culture, it is considered a taboo to insult elders. Yinka also dismissed claims made by the trolls that Yul had stolen May’s money and property.
Questioning the narrative being pushed by May’s supporters, she wrote: “What money does May have?”
