Fabian Adibe, a veteran Nollywood actor, has passed away at the age of 82.
His death was confirmed on Wednesday by Seun Oloketuyi, CEO of Best Nollywood (BON), who announced that the Things Fall Apart actor died at about 2:30 am.
Adibe, widely celebrated for his iconic roles in classic Nigerian films, earned lasting recognition for his performance in the screen adaptation of Chinua Achebe’s Things Fall Apart.
Tributes have since poured in from colleagues, fans, and the entertainment industry at large, honoring him as a “true legend” and praying for the peaceful repose of his soul.
